Gain Almost $4000 Per Month In Passive Income
Yesterday I received a testimonial from a client of mine who has been working with me for about 18 months. We rolled the funds into a Self Directed Solo 401k prior to investing the money so that he now has full control over his funds, no custodian fees, and he has checkbook access to the funds. He was from no passive income to $1800/mo of passive income immediately!
Next we began to look at his old IRA’s and retirement accounts. These were invested in the stock market and secretly performing poorly after fees, taxes, and inflation (he would never know based on his statement). We began by analyzing the actual returns on the money and found that he was not making money. We were able to invest these funds in a private lending deal secured by a storage facility. This investment is paying him 8.5% fixed annual interest as well (also paid monthly). These funds were also rolled into the Self Directed Solo 401k to take advantage of the same benefits.
Most recently we were able to setup a life insurance policy inside the 401k so that the money can be leveraged into many places at once and grow even faster. In addition to that we were able to take about $80,000 of accrued cash flow and savings and invest in a private land lease deal with an oil company. This will pay a 7% fixed return monthly for 9 months as we wait for the funds to accumulate for a larger investment.
Every month, my client gets deposit statements from all of the investments he has made and the money deposits into a business trust checking account owned by his 401k. He knows immediately when he is paid, he knows his money is backed by real assets, and for many of his investments he can drive to the location and check on it.
