How To Make Money with Christmas Shopping & Life Insurance
Have you thought about self-financing your Christmas shopping with life insurance?
I taught a webinar on Saturday and brought up the idea of using life insurance to buy Christmas presents!
But not just any type of life insurance.
This is called The Sacred Account!
It is a specifically designed type of High-Early-Cash-Value-Dividend-Paying-Whole-Life-Insurance.
Let’s say I put $1 into the Sacred Account.
That $1 is going to grow at 3–5% per year on average for the rest of my life, tax-free.
It is guaranteed against loss.
Guaranteed to grow.
Protected from taxes.
Protected from lawsuits.
Protected from creditors.
Protection of privacy.
And I can borrow against 70–90% of my $1 and the entire $1 will still grow at 3–5% like nothing happened!
What does this have to do with Christmas?
Well have you ever overspent on Christmas gifts?
Like all the dust settles and you realize you depleted your savings or went into debt?
Most people don’t plan for Christmas shopping.
But we know it’s going to come up!
So do this:
- Count up how much you spent on Christmas
- Divide this number by 12 months. This is the monthly amount you need to set aside.
- Setup a Sacred Account and fund it for this amount monthly. All of this money is going to grow at 3–5% per year on average, for the rest of your life.
- At Christmas shopping time, borrow from your life insurance policy to do your shopping.
- The money you’ve borrowed is still in your Sacred Account growing like it never left.
- Pay yourself back and repeat!
Let’s say you are going to spend $3,000/yr on Christmas shopping.
Well if you put $3,000/yr into your Sacred Account each year and borrow it out to buy presents and pay yourself back, in 5 years you would actually have around $16,500 in savings…from Christmas shopping!
Versus spending $15,000 ($3,000 per year times 5 years) or even worse yet, putting it on credit cards.
