The Simplicity of Wealth
I’m going to keep this article short and sweet because this is a simple message.
In order to achieve financial wealth, I must invest money in assets that produce passive income and have a very low chance of losing money.
This means I need to have a high degree of control over those assets, and for me that means that I invest only in tangible assets or businesses I control.
In order to invest, I need to save.
This means I must save from my income every month, and also keep the money I have saved until it is ready to invest.
In order to save, I need to earn enough income that I can save. Ideally, I should be able to save at least 40% of my gross income, which means I need to earn a lot!
And in order to earn, I need to have knowledge, value and exchange with others.
This is literally what the achievement of wealth comes down to at a very basic level and it doesn’t get more complicated than that.
If any of these things isn’t happening, to that degree neither will wealth.
