Wealth DynamX is pushing our biggest expansion ever. We have tripled our office size to accommodate 18 more staff! We have more than doubled our client size this year and already more than tripled out staff size this year as well.
Wealth DynamX helps our clients and staff achieve purpose, wealth, and freedom. We educate our clients and staff on what money is, how to make more of it, how to keep more of it, and how to multiply it to create wealth. Wealth means abundance in all areas of life, whereas poverty means scarcity in even just 1 area of life. We define wealth as the ability to treat money like oxygen so that money is not a consideration in any area of a person’s life. To this you must be able to stop trading time for money. We believe every single one of our clients and staff must achieve the milestone of millionaire and then deca-millionaire so that they can eradicate poverty in their lives and own their potential.
Our current staff have seen incredible changes in their lives. Coach Neno Aquino has seen a 62% increase in income in his first 60 days of working as a staff member. Ralynn Fordham has seen her personal life and professional life improve leaps and bounds since working on our team. Currently we are hiring the follow positions:
- 9 Inside Sales Professionals: You will be promoting our services and our company so that you can generate interested prospects to be contacted. You will be not only contacting, but following up and marketing to these prospects with the intention of showing them what we offer and how it will benefit them. The point of this is to close business. Our Inside Sales team is the life blood of the company, helping us grow and serve more and more people.
- 3 Recruiting Assistants: You will be promoting the positions we offer for those who wish to have careers with Wealth DynamX. This means promoting the current staff who are winning and what they do here so that you can generate interested prospects who wish to secure a career with Wealth DynamX. You will also be learning about each prospect and conversing with them to determine if they would be a fit for an interview with our Head of Talent, Charlie Black.
- 3 Client Service Experts: You will be focused on meeting the needs of our existing clients. This means releasing surveys to learn about our clients and their needs and providing information that answers their questions and solves their problems. Additionally, you will be marketing to our client database to make them more and more aware of the services we offer so that we can fully immerse them in our products and services.
- 3 Administration Assistants: You will be providing a positive experience to our clients, scheduling them for their services, and ensuring they are winning on our products and services. This would mean lots of communication with our clients, answering their questions, solving their problems, and ensuring they are making progress and training.
