What Wealth DynamX Believes Part IV
Culture is something that is fought for, established, and protected. At its origin, culture literally means the tilling of land. I’ve talked about this before. Tilling means that an individual fighting for culture is going to get dirty, uproot what is in place currently, and manage the culture to make sure old weeds do not come back. Welcome to part IV of an VIII part series about the culture of Wealth DynamX. I’ve covered in previous articles, 9 values that I fight for, establish, and protect within Wealth DynamX. Here are the next 3.
1. Performance is our only politic. Politic at its origin refers to the citizens of a government. Being a citizen means that one is recognized and has an opinion or a vote. At Wealth DynamX, the way one becomes a citizen is by performing. What does that mean? We don’t take opinions from those who have no production. If a client has no production and has an opinion, that’s cute, but their line of thinking has caused them to have no production. Why would it be a good idea to listen? If a staff member has an opinion, but no production we simply let them know they don’t have a vote until they get some stats under their belt. If a thought leader has an opinion, but no production, we deem this person to have a big hat, but no cattle.
2. Communicate effectively. Communication infers that an individual or group had an idea, intended to transfer that idea to another person or group, became interested in the other person or group, became interesting to get attention from the other person or group, sent the communication, and effectively duplicated the message so that the other person or group got the same original idea and acknowledged that it was received. Sound complex? Well this is communication. We believe that all communication must follow this pattern. Anything other than this pattern is not communication. A majority of upsets happen when this system is not followed. Therefore, communicate effectively. And if this system was not followed, it isn’t logical for a party to get upset. Simply go back and fix the communication.
3. Study. ALL decisions are made on factual data. In fact, we believe this to the degree that personality, charm, relationship, etc. all take a back seat to facts and data. If it cannot be measured, it cannot be managed. If it cannot be managed, there is no control. We do not do things with money that we cannot control. Additionally, I require my clients to study. I’ve partnered with Grant Cardone to provide a platform called Wealth DynamX University, where full access to Cardone University is provided free. My clients are required to pass 3 videos per day, maintain an 80% or higher test score average, and also to read a list of 13 books within the first year of working with me. If one is not willing to study, the individual will also be stunted when it comes to building wealth.
I believe that intention gets attention. It is my intention to make it so clear to you what my company believes in that you become attracted and because of that decide you want to become a client. On the flip side, I also want to polarize and ward off those potential clients who are irresponsible, unwilling to study and grow, and are searching for another government certified retail financial product pusher.
